Our vision is to change narratives in the most affected areas by connecting professionals, returning citizens, and the at-risk population with the goal of decreasing violence and empowering the community.

The returning citizen, finding a place in my community, and making a place for others. EXxperts provides housing, life coaching & career resources to help me on the path to self-fulfillment. Becoming a Big X involves achieving self-sufficiency & receiving mentorship training.
